Course Description: Language Arts- Grades 7 and 8
Course Overview: The Language Arts program teaches communication skills: reading, writing, speaking, listening, and viewing. The goal of Language Arts is to enhance students' competancy in all areas of communication in order to assist them in becoming confident, contributing members of society.
Class Policy: Do your best, it's all that is expected of you.
Writing is a skill that is used in all classes. Good writing is crucial to every student's academic success. Communicating effectively is a valuable life skill.
