See if your band/string song has a recording to listen to (not for download) by going to www.jwpepper.com
Type the title of the piece in the search bar. Be sure to know which arrangement we are playing.
5th grade band: Cosmic Comrades is available to listen to the very beginning only. LIsten to Rattlesnake and Antiguitis.
6th grade band: Do a search for The Increibles. The version we are doing is by Paul Murtha- Medium Easy for band.
You can also hear Bounty Hunter and April Showers.
7th & 8th grade band: You can hear a band version of: Entry of the Gladiators (Thunder and Blazes) by Julius Fucik/arr. Laurendeau, Seredy & Ragsdale; Corpse Bride and Field of Clover.
Strings: You can hear: Isma'a;
Jazz Combo: You can only listen to the beginning part of Sidewinder, Saint Thomas, and Take the A Train. Make sure you listen to "Combo" versions. Crazy Train is the full version, and is not a combo piece. It is the Jazz Ensemble one marked "Solid Rock!"

7th and 8th graders interested in auditioning for extra, outside of school ensembles, should visit the sites below.
Audition information, requirements, applications, directions, etc. can be found at the sponsoring organization's website. Check deadline dates for handing in applications to TMS! Please, inform Mrs. Figueroa if you are thinking about doing an audition at least one month before the deadline for applications.
