Student Council looks forward to another great year!
We are so extraordinarily proud of our active Student Council,
and hope you get involved this year.

Our Schedule:

Meetings are held ever first and second Wednesday of the month in Ms. Gallagher's Room.

A student from each class, grades 4-8, volunteers to be a representative for the whole year.
Students are provided an agenda at the meeting.  Bring a pen/pencil to take notes.


Activities:

Turkey Teacher :

Want to see your Teacher dressed as a Turkey-
Purchase a feather at lunch time for .50 cents
from November 16th to November 23th.
Money raised will go towards the charity of the
winning teachers choice.
The winner will be announced November 24th
Teacher with the most feathers will spend
Wednesday, November 25th in a turkey costume.

Smencils were such a hit during Halloween-
that the Student Council will be selling them
at the HHSA Holiday Fair December 5th
for just $2.00 you can purchase
a 100% recycled scented pencil

Winter Dance:
The Middle School (6-8 Grades) Winter Dance
will be on Friday, December 18th from 7:30-10:00

Purchase your tickets before December 9th and only pay $8.00
Tickets may be purchased at the door for $10.00- with a permission slip

Please return all Permission forms to Ms. Gallagher
by  Wednesday, December 9th

The student Council plans and implements programs that benefit Haworth Public School and the community.

Students organize fundraisers and vote on the projects they support.
