Gothic Medieval Stained Glass Windows

While studying the Gothic Medieval period, each eighth grade
student created their own stained glass window based
on the amazing windows seen in the cathedrals across Europe.
Our windows were a little easier to construct than the
actual stained glass windows since we used heavy black
paper as our leading, and colored tissue paper as our glass.
The results are still amazing!

Landscape Painting with Acrylic Paints

8th graders had a super time using acrylic paint to
make an original landscape, or remake
one of the master's.  We worked a lot on
technique during this lesson, and the results are great!
