Grade 6 - "Meet the Author" Project
Sixth grade students will be working on a "Meet the Author" research project in library class. Each student selects an author and reads one novel by the author and researches the author's life. Creating a Power Point presentation, students share their findings with the class
Project Requirements
1. Due Date -TBA
2. Research the author’s life and writings using
and the author's web site
3. Use at least TWO SOURCES for the author information.
4. Create a Power Point presentation about the author
using a minimum of two pictures -- one picture of the
person and one graphic of the book read.
5. Complete a separate Works Consulted list
6. Complete a Book Review of the novel.
