Grade 6 - "Meet the Author" Project
Sixth grade students are working on a "Meet the Author" research project in library class. Each student chose an author and is reading one novel by the author and researching the author's life. Using a Power Point presentation, students will share their findings with the class beginning the week of Nov. 16.
Project Requirements
1. Due Date - Week of November 16
2. Research the author’s life and writings using
and the author's web site
3. Use at least TWO SOURCES for the author information.
4. Create a Power Point presentation about the author
using at least two pictures -- one picture of the person
and one graphic of the book you chose to read.
5. Complete a separate Works Consulted list
6. Complete a Book Review of the novel.
