Introduction
What is a timecapsule and what is it for? It is container where we put away objects from our time to be rediscovered and examined at a later time. In other words, a timecapsule can give us a sample of life at a particular time in history.
For example, a time capsule from Demarest in the year 2007 might have pictures of the mayor, police officers and other town officials. There would probably be a map of the town with photographs of sites such as the schools, pond and downtown area. CDs of the most popular musicians of today, DVDs of the popular movies, newspapers, and other objects might be included. They would help someone hundreds or even thousands of years from now understand what our culture and lives were like.
